How much will it cost me for the initial consultation?
Nothing. All initial consultations are at no charge. However, due to time restraints, I must limit the initial consultation to 30 minutes.

How much will it cost me to hire you?
That depends on what type of case you have. All personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases are almost always contingency fee cases where the attorney’s fee would be taken out of any recovery. However, for family law cases, an hourly rate of $175 will be charged. The exception to that hourly rate is uncontested divorces, which cost $375 (plus filing fee). Criminal cases are based on a flat fee depending on the charge(s), the court, and the circumstances of the case.

How long will it take for me to get divorced?
In Washington, it takes a minimum of 90 days to complete a dissolution of marriage.
