Mission Statement
  • Divorce: Contested or uncontested, you should know your rights and protect yourself.

  • Child Support: Your children deserve the financial support the Washington State Legislature has set forth. It’s not cheap raising children today. Education costs, clothes, food, entertainment, sports, etc. Your children should be adequately provided for.

  • Visitation: You have a right to reasonable visitation in this state. If your ex-spouse is not allowing you to see your children, you should seek court intervention.

  • Modifications and adjustments: If your current court order has grown stale and does not provide you with adequate visitation or child support, it may be time for a modification or adjustment. If your child was under the age of 12 at the time a support order was entered, it may be time for an adjustment.
